Step 1
Season the chicken fillets with paprika and salt. Cook them for about 5 minutes and place on a clean plate. Cover with aluminum foil.

Before chopping the onions, put them in a bowl of water. Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the onions.

Slice the red peppers and cook them in a pan.
Set aside and cover.

Add garlic and onions to the chicken pan, cook for 2 minutes over medium. Add Italian seasoning and 1 tsp of salt.
