Instructions
Step 1
Layout bacon and season with black pepper and paprika. Pan fry until done then cut in half.
Step 2
Add butter & eggs to non-stick pot. Turn on medium heat and begin to stir continuously. Add salt when butter melts. Remove from heat whenever eggs begin to stick (continue stirring), return to heat when loosed. Continue until eggs have thickened but still runny.
Step 3
Cut muffin in half, layer both sides with cheese of choice. Top with bacon, eggs, and pepper then finish with chopped chives.
