Instructions
Step 1
Crack eggs into a bowl. Add oyster sauce, chicken bouillon powder, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Whisk well and set aside.
Step 2
Heat half the oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic chives and stir fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Transfer cooked chives to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add remaining oil to the pan. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until almost cooked. Remove from heat to avoid overcooking.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with toasted sesame oil and sprinkle with Japanese chili powder.
