Step 1
In a stock pot combine water and broth
Step 2
Add all vegetables and bring to a boil for 30min
Step 3
Once veggies are soft to poke with a fork, remove them with tong and add to blender
Step 4
Blend and add back to broth in stock pot
Step 5
Cook pasta and spoon broth on top. Can top with Parmesan cheese!
