Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Place beef strips in the skillet and stir-fry until they are browned and nearly cooked through, about 5 - 7 minutes.

Add broccoli and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water, then pour into the skillet along with the tamari sauce and beef broth.
Step 6
Stir everything together and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the beef is completely cooked. Serve hot.
