Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, parmesean cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle, then roll up tightly.
Step 5
Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place lasagna roll-ups seam side down in the dish.
Step 6
Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy!
