Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets

Cook the tagliatelle

Boil the broccoli for 4 mins

Pour the milk into a saucepan as well as the bay leaf, peppercorns and parsley and bring to the boil

Reduce the heat, place the salmon in the pan and simmer covered for 6-8 mins

Remove the salmon with a slotted spoon and keep to the side

Remove the peppercorns and bay leaf

Remove the milk then melt, the butter, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute

Gradually whisk in the milk

Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 mins

Stir in the lemon juice and cheese until melted

Flake the fish and stir into the cheese sauce together with the broccoli cut into small pieces
