Ingredients
3 servings
For the soup
oil
to drizzle
8salad tomatoes
halved
1green chilli
roughly chopped
0.5red onion
roughly chopped
2 clovesgarlic
peeled
400 gramspassata
500mlstock
Garlic cheese bread
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange tomatoes, onion, chilli and garlic on baking tray. Drizzle with oil and grill for 15 mins until blackened. (Top shelf air fryer, 200 degrees)
Step 2
Heat pan and add grilled veg, passata and stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 mins.
Step 3
Blend until smooth and serve.
For the garlic cheese bread
Step 4
Slice baguette into rounds. Toast very lightly on both sides.
Step 5
Rub one side of the toasted bread with a garlic clove. Top with grated cheese.
Step 6
Grill until melted and golden. Enjoy!
