Step 1
heat oil on med high in frying pan or wok
Step 2
add pork, chopping into desired sized pieces. when it's turning from pink, add whites of onions, garlic, ginger. keep stirring so it doesn't scorch
Step 3
toss in baby shrimp, coleslaw mix. stir to keep from burning. when veggies start wilting, add soy sauce, mirin (or subs). add Chinese 5 Spice, toss.
Step 4
when all is wilted to your preference.
Step 5
remove to serving pieces. top with jam/marmalade and greens of onion.
