Step 1
1. Put a skillet on high heat add olive oil wait for the oil to get hot.

2. Then add the onion sauté for a minutes.

3. Then add in the tomatoes, salt and black pepper, let that cook for 5 minutes. Add in the spinach, nestle the spinach into the tomatoes.

4. Then crack the eggs on top, Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the eggs and cover until the eggs are cooked to your liking and enjoy!
