Creamy chicken and bacon tomato gnocchi

Ingredients
2 servings
200gcubed chicken breast
smoked paprika
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Italian herbs seasoning
60glean diced bacon
400ggnocchi
fresh, I got it from tesco
garlic
chopped
tomato puree
½ tspchilli
chopped, can add more if you want more heat )
60ggarlic & herb cream cheese reduced fat
200mlchicken stock
10ggrated parmesan
3 sprigsparsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Start by seasoning the chicken with the smoked paprika, italian herb seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Set to one side.
Step 2
Add the diced bacon to a pan, frying for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set to one side.
Step 3
In the same pan, add the cubed chicken. Fry until cooked.
Step 4
Optional but I recommend to pan fry the gnocchi for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Once the chicken has cooked, add in the chopped garlic fry for a minute, before adding in the tomato puree, chopped chilli's, cream cheese and chicken stock. Mix well to combine before adding in the gnocchi. Return to heat fo a few minutes until the gnocchi has fully cooked.
Step 6
Stir through the parmesan and half of the chopped parsley.
Step 7
Serve with the diced bacon on top and the remaining fresh parsley.
