Instructions
Step 1
Slice steak into thin pieces
Step 2
Tendorise the beef with bi-carb soda for 20 minutes
Step 3
Mix sauce ingredients into a bowl
Step 4
Chop up broccoli and then stir fry on lightly oiled pan for 4-5 mins (lid on)
Step 5
Remove broccoli from pan, then add beef and stir fry for 2 mins
Step 6
Add sauce, reduce to medium heat and let simmer for 3-4 mins
Step 7
Mix broccoli back in and add water to thin out the sauce
Step 8
Serve with rice
