Step 1
Add diced onion to a pan then fry in a little oil until it’s slightly golden . Add the garlic and fry another minute then add the cream and tomato paste

Get pasta on and cook it according to package instructions . Add Parmesan salt and pepper to taste red pepper flakes and tomatoes to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes then add the spinach and basil

When the pasta is done add it to the sauce with a ladle of pasta water bring to a simmer and serve .
