Fry Red chilies in oil till it turns slightly black

Add some oil, fry 1/2 table spoon Fenugreek seeds, Chana dal, Coriander seeds, Black urad dal till they turn golden brown

Add Jeera and fry for a minute

Move this mixture to a plate for grinding. Add Kadi patta (no oil in pan) fry till they turn crispy, Add tamarind and fry for 2 mins.

Add everything into a mixer grinder. Grind until the mixture looks like a coarse powder.
