Bring broth to a boil over high, then reduce to a simmer. Stir soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth, then stir into broth. Cook until it thickens (about 2min). Stirring constantly, very slowly, in a thin stream, pour in the eggs. Sprinkle with green onions
