Cajun Pasta
This recipe can easily be customized to your personal preference.
I used banza pasta and low-sodium chicken broth. You can switch out the beef sausage to your preference or omit and use shrimp.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the Sausage in slices.
Step 2
Dice the onion.
Step 3
Dice the peppers or cut into strips.
Step 4
Heat your pan with a bit of oil, add the Sausage til browned on each side.
Step 5
Remove Sausage and set aside. Add your onions, peppers, and garlic, cook til soft.
Step 6
To a bigger pot, add in the sausages, veggies, beans, broth, heavy cream, and pasta. Season with the listed seasoning to your preference.
Step 7
Pour the can of tomatoes on top and spread evenly so all pasta is under the liquid. Cover.
Step 8
Cook until pasta is done to your liking. Stirring every so often.
Step 9
Add 1 cup of cheese and stir. Then, top with remaining cheese, cover til melted.
