Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together almond milk, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla.
Step 3
Slowly combine wet with dry. Add almond milk if too thick for preferred pancake consistency.
Step 4
Heat non-stick skillet; medium to low.
Step 5
Brush with olive oil and use a ¼ cup per pancake as they are delicate and will fall apart if too large.
