Instructions

Step 1
1.In a small pot, add 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of almond milk (or water). 2.Turn the heat to medium and bring the liquid to a gentle boil. 3.Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 2
1. Once the oats have thickened and absorbed most of the liquid, remove the pot from heat. 2. Stir in 1 scoop of protein powder. Mix well to ensure the powder is fully combined and the oatmeal is smooth. (Tip: If the oatmeal gets too thick after adding the protein powder, you can add a little more almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency.)

Step 3
1. While the oatmeal is still warm, add 1 tbsp of peanut butter (optional). Stir it in until melted and evenly distributed throughout the oats for extra flavor and creaminess.

Step 4
1.Spoon the oatmeal into a bowl. 2.Top with 1/2 cup of mixed berries for a fresh, fruity boost. If using frozen berries, you can thaw them slightly before adding, or stir them directly into the warm oatmeal.

Step 5
Sweetness: If you like your oatmeal sweeter, consider adding a drizzle of honey or a dash of cinnamon. Consistency: Adjust the thickness by adding more almond milk if needed after mixing in the protein powder.
