Step 1
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid bail. Add salt to taste.
Step 2
Add 1 pound of pasta into water and return to a boil.
Step 3
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes.

Drain well top with Chili and Cheese

Step 5
Combine chili packet with tomato paste and water
Step 6
Add ground beef - do not brown
Step 7
Chop up mixture and bring to a boil - Reduce heat and simmer uncovered stirring occasionally.
