300gfirm tofu
shredded
2 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce
1 tspground cumin
1 tsppaprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspdried coriander
1 Tbspnutritional yeast
1 Tbspolive oil
Turmeric Rice
1 cupwhite rice
washed and rinsed
½ Tbspturmeric powder
1 tspveggie stock powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 cupwater
salt
pepper
1 Tbspnon dairy butter
Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Instructions
For the Rice
Step 1
Mix and cook the rice
Step 2
Add butter after Rice is cooked
Tofu Shawarma
Step 3
Mix tofu shawarma spices and soy sauce in a bowl. Shred tofu and mix in the bowl with olive oil.
Step 4
Air air fry at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, stir every 8 minutes. Spray with oil
Serve
Step 5
Thinly slice sides and serve.
