Instructions
Step 1
cut garlic into thin slices and cut cherry tomatoes in half




Step 2
while sauce is cooking, boil water and cook pasta of choice until just under al dente



Step 3
in a pan, cook garlic in a generous amount of EVOO on low-medium heat until garlic starts to brown




Step 4
add cherry tomatoes and allow them to soften; gently crush with spoon and cook for about 7-8 min



Step 5
add salt, pepper, basil and any other seasonings; mix well

Step 6
drain cooked pasta, saving about 0.5 cup pasta water; add pasta and water to saucepan and mix well


Step 7
add as much freshly grated parmasean and / or pecorino cheese as you like; mix to melt cheese into sauce
