Alternatively to potato, you can add pumpkin or carrot
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven conventional heat to 200C or use cast iron skillet to grill the chicken.
Step 2
Mix the marinade ingredients, cut the chicken legs into thighs and drumsticks and add them to the marinade, make sure underneath skin is marinaded too. Let sit for max 1 hr.

Step 3
Shove chicken in oven for 45 mins.

Cube potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cook regular spuds for 20 mins, add sweet ones after 5.

Add the corn last minute to the potatoes. Drain, add the creme fraiche and mash.
