Chicken Marinade

30mlketchup

0.5lemon juiced

1 ½ tspchili powder

1 ½ tspsmoked paprika

1 ½ tsppepper

1 ½ tsphoney

1 tspsalt

1 Tbspcooking oil

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven conventional heat to 200C or use cast iron skillet to grill the chicken.
Step 2
Mix the marinade ingredients, cut the chicken legs into thighs and drumsticks and add them to the marinade, make sure underneath skin is marinaded too. Let sit for max 1 hr.








Step 3
Shove chicken in oven for 45 mins.

Step 4
Cube potatoes and sweet potatoes. Cook regular spuds for 20 mins, add sweet ones after 5.


Step 5
Rinse and add the corn and beans last minute to the potatoes. Drain, add the creme fraiche and mash.



Step 6
Enjoy along with some optional tortilla chips
