Step 1
1. Dice onion, chop carrots and broccolini and crumble tofu 2. Air fry tofu for 30 minutes 3. Fry onions in vegetable oil with garlic and ginger and soft
4. Add gochujang and chinese five spice and fry until fragrant 5. Add stock and bring to boil 6. Meanwhile, steam/boil broccolini and carrot
7. Once boiling, add noddles 8. Assemble and serve
