Boil and salt water for penne

Heat up a bit of olive oil in a pan. Break up ground beef into small pieces. Add a bit of mexican spices and cook for 4-5 minutes

Chop shallots and garlic. Cut bell pepper in 1 cm pieces

Put away the beef for now, keeping its juice in the pan

Boil penne for 10-12 minutes. Remove water and set the pasta aside

Put the pan back onto the stove and cook the bell pepper, garlic and shallots for 1-2 minutes

Add tomato paste; cover the pan and leave on the stove for 6-8 minutes
