Pancake Mix:

Instructions
Step 1
Add pancake mix ingredients together and store up to 6 months.
Step 2
Combine milk, eggs and vanilla
Step 3
Add in 2 cups of pancake mix, then add in butter
Step 4
Melt some butter over the griddle, then pour 2 pancakes at a time onto the griddle, making sure to keep the pancakes evenly round
Step 5
Pancakes should cook for about 2 and a half minutes on the first side, then a minute and a half on the other
Step 6
Serve with syrup
