Instructions

Step 1
Chop and fry onion, garlic, celery and carrots in olive oil for 5 min
Step 2
Prepare pasta
Step 3
Add lentils, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs and stock. Simmer for 20-30 min, until lentils are tender. Add more liquid if needed
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Add cheese if wanted.
