recipe at the start of the year so we thought it was only right to repost it!💁♀️This entire recipe is cooked in just one pan as well so requires minimal washing up which is a bonus!!👏🏼👏🏼

*makes 3x servings*
🤍Ingredients🤍
- 2x salmon fillets
- 1/2 onion
- 150g peas
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 150g dried orzo
- 100ml light double cream
- 20g lightest Philadelphia cheese
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- 10g reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce
⭐️METHOD⭐️
- Add your salmon to a heated pan and season with your paprika, salt & pepper and sweet chilli sauce.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and just pop them onto a plate and leave to one side.
- Then add your chopped onion and peas to a pan and fry on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Next add in your orzo and fry for a couple of minutes before pouring in your vegetable stock and double cream.
- Cover and leave to simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Once it has thickened, mix in your cream cheese along with some salt & pepper then add your salmon back in then cover your pan and leave on a low heat for another 10 minutes or until the liquid has pretty much gone and the orzo is cooked.
- Then enjoy!!
