Step 1
Puree the cottage cheese with a coctail blender or immersion blender (this makes the patties more fluffy and removes some texture)

Preheat the oven to 180°C celsius.
Step 3
Add the flour, eggs, baking powder, stevia (or other sweetener), poppy seeds, raisins and cherries. Mix everything well.

Step 4
Shape the patties into 12 roughly palm sided pieces. The dough will be sticky, I recommend lightly rinsing your hands after every ball.

Bake for ~40min or until golden brown.
