Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil over medium fire and saute the onions until soft.
Step 2
Add the pasta and lentils and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the vegetables and peppers and cook for another 5 minutes to blend the flavours.
Step 4
Serve with crusty bread and ENJOY!
