Ingredients
4 servings

½ cupranch dressing

¼ cupsalsa

2 tablespoonsmayonnaise

1 tablespoonadobo sauce

1 lbground beef

3 tablespoonstaco seasoning

¾ cupwater

1 headlettuce
chopped iceberg or romaine

0.5green pepper

1tomato
large, chopped

15.25 ozcorn
drained

15 ozblack beans
drained and rinsed

1 cupshredded cheese
cheddar jack blend or mexican blend

2 cupsDoritos
crushed, nacho or spicy nacho flavor
Additional toppings if desired:
Instructions
Step 1
In small bowl whisk together ranch dressing, salsa, mayonnaise and adobo sauce. Cover and refrigerate.




Step 2
In large skillet brown ground beef, drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Let beef cool 10-15 minutes before adding it to the salad.



Step 3
In large serving bowl add iceberg lettuce. Top with green pepper, black olives, tomato, corn, black beans, shredded cheese and seasoned cooked beef.






Step 4
Right before serving add crushed Doritos and dressing. Toss to coat.
