Instructions
Step 1
Set the oven to 450 degrees.
Step 2
Lightly coat skillet with oil and place in oven to preheat
Step 3
Shred (debone chicken) rotisserie chicken
Step 4
Mix in a bowl: Shredded Chicken, 2 cans of cream of Chicken, 1 can of mixed veggies, ½ cup of milk, and salt and pepper
Step 5
Carefully move skillet out of the oven and add contents from the bowl in the skillet
Step 6
Cook for 15 mins
Step 7
While that is cooking, mix in a separate bowl: Bisquick Biscuit Mix and ½ cup water
Step 8
Remove Skillet and lightly stir
Step 9
Add the Biscuit dough to the top of the mixture and place back into the oven
Step 10
Cook for 8-10 mins
Step 11
