Chicken with balsamic, tomatoes, olives and anchovies

Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in pan. Coat chicken in flour. Add to hot pan. Cook a few minutes per side until golden. Remove. Add garlic and anchovies to pan. Cook a few mins. Add olives, pinch chili flakes, and herbs. Break Anchovies into oil. Cook a few mins. Add balsamic vinegar, 100 ml. Cook 1 minute. Mix. Add 100 ml of water. Add 200 ml passata. Mix and add chicken back to pan and add some salt, not too much as Anchovies are salty. Cover pan and cook until chicken is done, about 40 mins.
