Instructions

Step 1
Sautée mushrooms then shallots, then sausage slices. Meanwhile make cheese sauce with 1/4 cup of roasted butternut squash, Soaked cashews, salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar. Cook pasta 1-2 min less. Steam kale or toss in pasta water for a second. Add pasta, sauce, mushrooms, kale, squash, sausage back to the pot and toss then serve.
