Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF

Add all ingredients to an oven-safe dish or Pyrex. Whisk together, then stick in the oven to bake for 35-40 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.

Note: the filling will double in size in the oven so make sure it's a tall container.
Step 4
Serve with more yogurt, whipped cream, and some walnuts.
