Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 190ºC (370ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the applesauce, egg, vanilla and 0 calorie brown sugar until well combined.
Step 3
Add in the flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon and fold until everything is well incorporated.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5
Divide the dough evenly between 12 cookies and place them onto the lined baking tray.
Step 6
Bake for 10-12 minutes and then allow them to cool on the baking tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
