 METHOD
 1.Preheat your oven to 175°c.  Line a 20cm x 20cm brownie tin with baking paper. 2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
 3.Combine Wet ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk the eggs until they are light and frothy. Add the unsweetened applesauce, SF maple syrup, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until smooth. 4.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5.Pour the batter into the prepared brownie tin, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out mostly clean. 6.Once cooled, cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
