Instructions

Step 1
Combine tomato, green onions, cilantro, 1 tbsp of lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Combine mayonnaise, one tablespoon lime juice, and chili powder in a second bowl.
Step 3
Combine cumin, paprika, one half teaspoon of salt, pepper, and garlic in a third Bowl. Rub over fish.
Step 4
Cook fish in batches in hot oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork
Step 5
Break fish into chunks with a fork.
Step 6
Spoon onto cabbage. Top with radishes, avocados, mayonnaise mixture, and tomato mixture.
