Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to large pan that can be covered ( i use a rondeau) at medium heat


Step 2
Once butter is starting to pop add onion

Step 3
Once onion is just starting to become transparent add meats.



Step 4
Once meat has released a decent amount of grease add the rice, Italian seasoning and toss to coat rice in grease. Stirring occasionally to keep from burning.


Step 5
Once rice is slightly toasted add broth and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat to a few notches above low and cover

Step 6
Cook for 15mins then take it off the hot burner and rest covered for 10mins
Step 7
Once done uncover. Mix in pizza sauce and olives to taste. Cover the rice mixture with mozzarella. Dab ricotta to you liking on top and then finish with more Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste





Step 8
Put in the oven on broil until cheese is golden brown.
Step 9
Set to cool for 5 to 10mins to cool before serving.
