Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 °F.

Step 2
Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds. Set aside.

Step 3
In a large sauté pan or other non-stick pan heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic for two minutes. Add sausage and cook through. Remove from heat and allow to cool.


Step 4
In a large bowl, combine cooled meat, rice, cheeses, and seasoning. Stuff peppers and bake until heated through, about 30 minutes.
