Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°
Step 2
Cook pasta 1-2 minutes short of al dente
Step 3
Mix 1.5 cups of pasta sauce, cottage cheese, cooked meat, 1 cup of mozzerella cheese, 1 egg, and seasonings
Step 4
Drain pasta, stir in to previous step
Step 5
Prepare 9x13 baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray
Step 6
Layer 0.5 cup of pasta sauce, then the pasta and meat mixture, then top with sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 45-50 minutes
Step 8
Uncover, then finish baking until cheese is golden and bubbling (~10 minutes)
