Pre heat oven to 325

Brown meat in olive oil in Dutch oven
Step 3
Remove meat
Step 4
Add more oil and cook onions to translucent
Step 5
Add garlic and sauté for 2 min
Step 6
Return meat to pan
Step 7
Add spice mixture and stir until evenly coated (half of the salt)
Step 8
Add flour and cook for 3 min
Step 9
Add broth, Rotel, tomato sauce, tomato paste and stir until well mixed
Step 10
Add black beans, Worcester, sugar and cocoa and stir to combine
Step 11
Return to boil
Step 12
Move to oven for 90 minutes
