Instructions
Step 1
In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the cherries, banana, cocoa, dates, and ½ cup of water. Blend until completely smooth and divide evenly into two dessert bowls or glass jars. Add 1 tablespoon of the ground chia seeds to each bowl and stir until they are evenly distributed.
Step 2
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Serve as is or topped with garnish of choice: fresh pitted cherries or berries, slivered almonds, or cacao nibs.
