These are delicious! My whole family loved these. Use as many breadcrumbs you need so when you roll the mixture together they won’t fall apart, or seem wet.
Use as much apple sauce as you desire, we quite liked using the full jar. Amazing flavour with the pork mince.

Step 1
Step one - dice the onion and grate the carrot
Step 2
Step two - place everything into a bowl and mix together with your hands, ensuring the breadcrumbs and eggs are mixed through
Step 3
Step three - roll into rissole sized balls, adjust to the size you like
Step 4
Turn on your frypan to medium heat and add the oil and cook rissoles until ready to serve
