⅓ cupsoy milk
unsweetened, hemp, or almond
2bananas

½ tsppure vanilla bean powder
or alcohol-free vanilla extract
Blueberries
optional
Raisins
or currants, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Add oats, nondairy milk, bananas, and vanilla to a blender and blend untl sImooth. Mix in blueberries, raisins, or currants. Wipe or spray a nonstick skillet with a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat. Pour or scoop batter onto skillet using about 1/4 cup per pancake. Cook on both sides untl golden.
