Instructions

Step 1
This is an easy and uncomplicated one! Blend all ingredients until the texture resembles a thick yoghurt. Add more milk or oats to achieve the desired texture if necessary.

Step 2
Heat a pan with a little coconut oil and pour little portions onto the hot pan, either directly from the blender or with a spoon.

Pan-fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until brown on both sides and baked inside.
Step 4
Garnish with whatever floats your boat. Berries, Apple, Banana, Nut butter, Yoghurt... Enjoy!
