Step 1
Boil 3 medium sized potatoes, then mash them very well. Now add 1/2 cup cornflour/potato starch. Knead the dough very well and make small round balls and press with bottle to make them look like mushrooms. Now boil them for 2-3 minutes until they float on top of the water. Immediately transfer them into ice cold water.
Step 2
For the sauce add lot of chopped garlic,chopped spring onions,red chilli powder,soy sauce,sesame seeds in a bowl and pour some hot oil.
Step 3
Mix the sauce and add potato buttons. Toss them nicely in the sauce. Garnish with some more spring onions and sesame seeds on top. And Enjoy!
