Instructions

Step 1
Marinade the chicken for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Pan frie the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the marinade back with a cup of water. Bring to a boil, then let simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Add vinegar and simmer with the pan uncovered until the sauce becomes dark and sticky.
Step 5
Serve over white rice.
