Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the potatoes: preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 Celsius)
Step 2
Lightly season the cooked cubed potatoes with salt, pepper, and paprika. Air fryer for about 10-15 minutes or until crispy, shaking halfway through.
Step 3
Cook the beef: while potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Step 5
Once the beef is browned, drain excess fat if needed. Add the taco seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until seasoned.
Step 6
Assemble the bowls: in each serving bowl, layer : potatoes, beef, ranch, cheese, veggies.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy.
