⅔ cupcornstarch
¼ cuppotato starch
¼ cupglutinous rice flour
or coconut flour
⅓ cuprice flour
1 tspbaking powder
¼ tspsalt
2 ½ Tbspsugar

Instructions
Filling
Step 1
Brown the beef and drain off excess fat.
Step 2
Sauté in minced garlic and green onions until garlic is semi-translucent.
Step 3
Stir in spices and coconut amino.
Dry Ingredients
Step 4
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Create a well in the center.
Step 5
Fold wet ingredients with dry ingredients until completely combined.
Step 6
Flatten each 2.5oz (approx.) Dough ball into a circle. Add a tbsp of filling to the middle.
Step 7
Pinch the dough shut after wrapping and place seam down on parchment paper.
Cooking
Step 8
Put the steamer on the stove and bring water to a boil. Tie tea towel around lid to avoid dripping on dough.
Step 9
Steam for approx. 15 minutes, leaving space for the buns to expand.
