Step 1
1. Bring pot of water to a boil and cook gluten-free pasta nests for ~10 minutes.
Step 2
2. Halve your cherry tomatoes and sauté with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
3. Once the tomatoes start blistering, add in half of your basil and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
4. Once pasta is cooked, add in cooked pasta and toss with tomato, basil, butter, and chili flakes.
Step 5
5. Top pasta with chopped remaining basil and plate. Dust with fresh parmesan!
